Vijay Basani – CEO & Co-Founder

Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of building successful businesses delivering enterprise-class solutions. Before starting eIQnetworks, he founded AppIQ, an application storage resource management provider acquired by Hewlett Packard in October 2005, and WebManage Technologies, a policy-driven content delivery solution provider acquired by Network Appliance in August 2000. Vijay’s experience includes senior executive positions in the financial industry at Spencer Trask Securities and Josephthal Lyon & Ross. Vijay is the co-owner of five patents for the architecture and design of the WebManage Content Delivery system, Adaptive Policy Engine and SLA Management. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and instrumentation plus his MBA and post MBA degrees from Baruch College in New York.

Jay Reddy – General Manager & Co-Founder

A technology industry veteran, Jay brings over 18 years of operational and engineering experience to eIQ. Jay co-founded and served as VP of Operations for WebManage Technologies and founded Hyperzine Communications, a leading photography, video and consumer electronics magazine acquired by Photo HiWay in 1999. Jay also had a wide range of responsibilities at Hachette Filipacchi Magazines. Jay earned an MBA and Masters in Communication and Protocol Analysis from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.

Brad Taylor – Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Brad Taylor oversees and drives all worldwide sales activities for eIQnetworks, Inc. Taylor brings more than 16 years of experience in enterprise IT security sales, and he will lead a sales team that grew eIQnetworks’ revenue by better than 60 percent during fiscal year 2009. Taylor came to eIQnetworks most recently from ArcSight, a traditional SIEM provider and has held various executive sales and marketing management capacities at AirTight Networks, Digital Evolution, Multinet Security and RSA Security.

Mike Sullivan – Chief Financial Officer

Mike brings more than 20 years of financial and operational management expertise with high-growth companies, particularly enterprise software companies. Mike served as Chief Financial Officer at Ecora Software where he also drove the company’s vision and set strategy. Prior to Ecora, Mike served as CFO for Segue Software, where he helped guide the software company's sale to Borland Software in 2006 for more than $110 million. Mike helped Segue transition to a successful outside enterprise sales model and grew revenues during the last two years from $24 million to $36 million. Following the acquisition by Borland, Mike co-managed the integration of the two companies and served as the combined entity’s interim CFO for a designated transition period. Before serving as Segue CFO, Mike held several positions of increasing responsibility including VP of Finance, Corporate Controller and North American Controller. Earlier he developed his expertise in financial management with companies including Kortec, Bixby International and C.R. Bard. He earned a BA degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

John Linkous – Chief Security and Compliance Officer

John brings more than 15 years of technology management and consulting experience specializing in enterprise systems management, information security and regulatory compliance to help professionals in all sectors understand the value of eIQ solutions. Prior to joining eIQ, he was Vice President of Operations at NSC, an international security and compliance consulting firm, where John was responsible for developing and implementing NSC’s Common Compliance Framework (CCF) product line and the company’s security and compliance services portfolio. He was a co-founder and partner of a national IT consulting firm and a CIO of The Widmeyer Group, one of the nation’s largest privately-held public relations firms. John began his career as an award-winning consultant at NASA, where he was the recipient of Goddard Space Flight Center’s individual “Contractor of the Year” award in 1994. John holds a BA degree in History and English from the University of Maryland and maintains many industry technical certifications.

Robert Aragao – Vice President of Services

Rob has over 10 years experience in the IT industry. He led Pedestal Software’s worldwide security management division, helping to establish the company as a leader in the Security Configuration Management area and ultimately to a $75 million acquisition by Altiris in 2005. Rob has a proven track record working with the Fortune 1000 and agencies of the federal government and building strategic relationships with business partners. Rob held leadership roles with Genuity, a leading Managed Services Provider, and Stream International. Rob earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Bryant University and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
